When You Know Better You Do Better #BreakTheBias (With Essential Oils Tips)

Bias - What it is?

Inclination or prejudice against one person or group, especially in a way considered to be unfair.

Crystal clear?

Truthfully, bias is real, it's a legit discussion. But also truthfully, what is more important - who we are within. When we are in the situation when we are being biased, how we react will determine what will happen next.

In any situation at anytime - our reactions matter.

Six years ago, I used to run and hustle in male-dominated industry - the petroleum industry. I have seen series of events when women are being biased - true story. However, how the situations were handled made me think further.

💛 Some decided to be better, in fact the best in the industry - they rise above!

💛 Some decided to leave, to be the best in other things they do - they rise above!

But for some, they view those who rise, differently.

"She can do it because she is this and that"

"She is someone's to someone's someone, bolehlahhh"

LOL😆

Well, that's some kind of bias too right?

It's real, and it is happening almost everywhere 😓 - some are being so biased to other's which later hinder their possibilities to rise above and be as successful!

So here what I have gathered from a heart-warming-also-mind-blowing talk I had with a group of empowered girlfriends:

💜 You know by understanding - we are different, so you must know you

💜 You learn by knowing - strengths and specialties, weaknesses and flaws

💜 You realize by learning - none is perfect but everyone is special

💜 You see by realizing - special means potential, when there is potential, there will be success (InsyaAllah)

Also here a tips - remember the time when you feel most empowered, blow that image as big as possible - the biggest size you can imagine, inhale an essential oil to anchor the feelings.

Young Living Essential Oils Suggestions:

💧Highest Potential

💧Valor

💧Believe

(You may start with basic oils in Premium Experience Starter Kit too, never put any limits)

Remember, we are our own worst enemy - beat that one enemy so together we rise above.

Happy International Women's Day 2022 #BreakTheBias #EmpowerToEmpower!
