Bias - What it is? Inclination or prejudice against one person or group, especially in a way considered to be unfair. Crystal clear? Truthfully, bias is real, it's a legit discussion. But also truthfully, what is more important - who we are within. When we are in the situation when we are being biased, how we react will determine what will happen next. In any situation at anytime - our reactions matter. Six years ago, I used to run and hustle in male-dominated industry - the petroleum industry.
